One Step Closer
Last night I received correspondence from the Office of the Secretary of State for the State of Texas.
The first paragraph reads:
"It has been our pleasure to file the certificate of formation and issue the enclosed certificate of filing evidencing the existence of the newly created nonprofit corporation."
We are now recognized as a nonprofit corporation by the State of Texas! Now we just need to hear back from the IRS on our 501(c)3 request!
Thank you to everyone who has supported our Society--the best is yet to come!
