Gasping for Air

Here's a short note I wanted to share with you regarding our SLHW Secretary's review of a short story written by Gaby Madrid:

Hi Vincent,
I just read the poem titled Gasping for Air by Maria Gabriela Madrid in Voices de La Luna. Wow! You can find it in short prose under Fiction. At first I thought, Oh, it's a nice family get together kind of short story. Then come the little tidbits... all is not as it seems. The shock is the last few paragraphs. I sat there stunned. Who would have thought it?
That was reminiscent of Poe or Patterson... Anyway, it was thoroughly enjoyable. I hope everyone gets a chance to read it... mlb.
