Diane Gonzales Bertrand

Diana Gonzales Bertrand will be speaking to the Society on Monday, March 14 with a writing workshop titled “Backbones to Building a Novel" at the regularly monthly meeting at Barnes & Noble at 7:30 pm. She will talk about how she developed her novels, and also include a couple of writing exercises for the audience to create stronger foundations for their own novel writing.
Copies of some of her novels will be available for sale at the meeting. During the talk, she will reference three books: The Ruiz Street Kids/Los Muchachos de la Calle Ruiz, Trino's Choice and her new book, The F Factor.

In January, Bertrand presented a fun and informative mini-workshop on writing from images and taking one or two words to create a paragraph that can lead to a story.

Be sure and attend the meeting at the Barnes and Noble, San Pedro Crossing location, on March 14. It promises to be very informative.
