SLHW Meeting Monday
Just a pleasent reminder that the next monthly meeting of the Society of Latino and Hispanic Writers of San Antonio will be at Barnes and Noble, San Pedro Crossing, on Monday, June 13 at 7:30 p.m. This month's guest speaker will be Sarah Cortez, who specializes in editing anthologies, visiting with us from Houston, Texas. Sarah will be speaking to us about her recently released anthology, "You Don't Have a Clue," published by Arte Publico Press.
Joing Sarah will be contributors Nanette Guadiano, Bertha Jacobson, Diana Lopez and Gwendolyn Zepeda. A couple of the contributors live out of town but are making this special trip Monday evening just to speak with us. Please join us for what promises to be a very informative session and perhaps you too can have a story published in a future anthology edited by Sarah!
