Nationally touring and recording artist Juanita Ulloa, who has been called the “High Priestess of Operachi” will be accompanied by Guitarist Galo Gutierrez and Ocean Breeze. The concert will honor Mexican and Latin American female composers and singers from the 1930s to the present!
