1. Poem must be no more than 32 lines
2. Adults 14 and up3. Children 13 and under4. Name, Address, age, Title on submission cover5. Title and poem only on submission6. E-mail, poem in body of e-mail, 10 linesbelow place name, title, address and age7. Form is open8.
