Fish Bomb Boats while Vultures perch near by in COUNTERPOISE, the new exhibit of fiberworks opening this Saturday, June 1, from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, at the Bihl Haus. Poolside blues by Cherry Street Acoustic, and wine and hors d'oeuvres round out this evening of tantilizing tall tales told through fantastical artworks by Stacy Elko, Linda Rael and Susie Monday.

Tejano Conjunto Festival

The Grandaddy of Conjunto Festivals, the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center's 32nd Annual Tejano Conjunto Festival en San Antonio 2013 will kick off with the Free Seniors Conjunto Dance featuring Santos Soza y sus Estrellas on Wednesday, May 15, at 9:30 a.m. at the Guadalupe Theater. This event is open to the public!
